OilCMS

Oil CMS is an innovative and adaptable solution that utilizes Atten2 OilWear optical technology to count and analyze particles in lubrication systems. By leveraging advanced digital imaging, OilCMS offers a clear view of particles, differentiating air bubbles and identifying their shapes. It provides ISO 4406 counts and classifies particles into size categories: 4, 6, 14, 21, 38, and 70 microns. The captured digital images, combined with sophisticated algorithms, classify particles into categories such as fatigue wear, sliding wear, and cutting wear. This thorough classification enables a detailed analysis of the root causes of particles in the oil. Its portable and durable design allows for easy transportation and use across various machines.
