VIBSPECTRUM conducts public as well as customized training courses throughout the year, as per client requirements.
Vibspectrum is the authorised training and examination centre of Mobius Institute for Vibration Analysis training ISO Category I to III. We are also the corporate partner of ASNT.
The courses are fully narrated and filled with extensive 3D animations, advanced simulation tools and practical studies with real vibration analyzers that make complex concepts easy to understand and remember. In addition to our classroom training, we provide online access for 6 months to presentations, case studies, movies and other study materials

Vibspectrum offers the following training services:-

VCAT-I VIBRATION ANALYSIS CATEGORY-I

Basic Vibration Analysis course with certification
Recommended for candidates who are new to vibration analysis or those who wish to get an introduction to vibration analysis.

VCAT-II VIBRATION ANALYSIS CATEGORY-II

Intermediate Vibration Analysis course with certification Intended for personnel who have a basic understanding of vibration theory and terminology.

VCAT-III VIBRATION ANALYSIS CATEGORY-III

Advanced Vibration Analysis course with certification Intended for personnel who have a solid understanding of vibration theory and terminology. This course is designed for the senior vibration analyst who must be able to diagnose the widest range of vibration related fault conditions.

VCAT-IV VIBRATION ANALYSIS CATEGORY-IV

The Vibration Analysis ISO Category IV certification exam is available on the final day of the public course or through an Invigilation Application process. To be eligible for ISO Category IV certification, you must have completed the Category IV course, possess at least 60 months of experience in vibration data collection or analysis, and hold a previous VCAT-III certification.

Field Lubrication Training and Certification

Upon completing this course, you’ll transition from outdated, vague lubrication methods and job plans to implementing a highly effective lubrication program in any industrial setting.

Infrared Thermography Training and Certification

In this training, you’ll gain a solid understanding of infrared energy and camera operation, as well as the most common applications. Specifically, you’ll learn:

Ultrasound technology is incredibly versatile, and our course will equip you with the skills to fully harness its capabilities.

Dynamic Balancing Training

This course provides practical understanding as well as techniques for dynamic balancing of various types of industrial rotors in the plant. Special emphasis is given to enable very close precision balancing of all rotors.

Laser Shaft Alignment Training

Shaft alignment training explains the whole picture: why precision shaft alignment is so important, why soft foot correction is important, how to use dial indicators, how to use laser alignment systems, how to deal with thermal growth, how to move the machine and deal with all of the complications that can arise.
